Urbanmove 8 Community Safety Rules & Website Hosting Policy
1. Community Safety Rules
All games/projects hosted or affiliated with UB8 must follow these rules to ensure safety, fairness, and quality:
1.1 Toolbox Usage
- Minor Toolbox use is allowed for props, placeholders, or testing.
- Excessive Toolbox usage that dominates the game is not allowed.
- UB8 may request the dev to replace excessive Toolbox models with original assets.
1.2 Respect & Behavior
- No harassment, bullying, or personal attacks toward other players or devs.
- No insulting UB8 or its staff publicly. Constructive feedback only.
1.3 Personal Data / GDPR Compliance
- Sharing personal information (real names, addresses, photos, contact info) of any person without consent is strictly forbidden.
- Violations of GDPR law will result in immediate project removal from UB8 hosting or review pages.
1.4 Project Stability & Safety
- The project must be playable and free from spam, glitches caused by toolbox abuse, or scripts that can harm players’ accounts.
- UB8 reserves the right to review or reject projects if safety standards are not met.
2. Website Hosting Requests
Owners of UB8-approved projects may request to have their own website hosted by UB8.
2.1 Approval Process
- Owner submits a request to UB8 staff with project details.
- UB8 staff checks the project against Community Safety Rules.
- If the project does not violate rules, website hosting is approved.
- If the project violates rules, hosting is rejected until the owner resolves the issues.
2.2 Responsibility of the Project Owner
- Owner must ensure the website content is safe, legal, and appropriate.
- Any changes to the game/project after hosting must remain in compliance with Community Safety Rules.
- UB8 staff may remove hosting if rules are violated after approval.
3. Enforcement & Consequences
- Minor violations → UB8 staff may issue warnings.
- Repeated or serious violations (toolbox abuse, harassment, personal data leaks) → project deranked or removed
- UB8 staff decisions are final.
