By inviting or using Microsoft Billy in your server, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you disagree, don’t use the bot.

⚙️ Bot Usage Rules

• Do not abuse, spam, or break the bot.
• Do not use the bot for illegal, harmful, or NSFW content.
• Do not impersonate Microsoft Billy or its creator.
• Use the bot respectfully in public and private Discord servers.

Microsoft Billy is provided “as is.” No guarantees of uptime, availability, or bug-free performance. But we try our best to keep it working well!

📌 Age Requirement

Users must be 13 years or older (Discord TOS rule). If you are under 13, do not use Microsoft Billy, even with permission.

🗃️ Data Collection

Microsoft Billy collects minimal data only for functionality (like User ID, Server ID). Please see the Privacy Policy for full info.

📤 Command Use

Some commands may have cooldowns or permissions. Don't try to bypass them. Admins can disable certain commands via bot settings.

📬 Changes to TOS

We can update these Terms at any time. If the changes are important, we’ll announce it in the bot’s support server or via the update log.
