- User ID (for commands and moderation logs)
- Guild ID (to save settings per server)
- Messages (only if a command is triggered)
- Server settings and bot configuration
Note: Microsoft Billy never logs or stores private DMs.

The data collected is used to:
- Provide the bot features (commands, moderation, etc.)
- Customize settings per server
- Improve bot stability and fix bugs
🗑️ Data Retention
We only keep data as long as it's necessary. If the bot is removed from a server, related data is deleted within 30 days.
📥 Requesting Data Deletion
To request data deletion, contact the bot developer via Discord or GitHub. Provide your User ID and Server ID.
📵 No Third-Party Sharing
Microsoft Billy will NEVER share your data with anyone, not even with Microsoft or Google. This bot respects your privacy.
